The following conditions apply to all products that you have bought from us.

Interpretation

The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For this Returns and Refund Policy:

  • The company (referred to in this Agreement as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to Sterry Telecom Limited, Liverpool.
  • Goods refer to items offered for sale.
  • Orders mean a request from you to buy our products.
  • Service points to the website.
  • Sterry Telecom website references, available here.

Right of cancellation

You mean the person accessing or using the service or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person is accessing or using the service.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason if your order is not complete within 14 days.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day which; you received the goods or on which a third party named by you, apart from the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by providing a declaration. You can notify us of your decision at:

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item(s). We will use the same method of payment that you used to order & you will not incur any costs for such a refund.

Return Policy

To ensure that your order is returnable, please read the following:

  • Within 14 day period after purchase.
  • All products are in their original packaging, also in their original packaging.
  • The goods were not tampered with or changed.

The following goods are not returnable:

  • The goods have customization to your specification.
  • Goods that aren’t suitable for return; spoil quickly or use-by date has expired.
  • The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons such as health or hygiene protection and were unpackaged after delivery.
  • After delivery, inseparable or mixed items are not returnable.

At our sole discretion, we can refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above conditions.

Only regular priced products are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if applicable law does not allow it.

Returning Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must contact matt@sterrytelecom.co.uk to return or request a refund.

We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. We, therefore, recommend an insured and tracked postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
